We believe the safest data is data we don't hold. FluxFrontier tools are designed to be stateless and deterministic. We process your files to generate a report, and then we delete them. We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not store your NDIS participant details permanently.
All processing happens on servers physically located in Australia. Your data never leaves Australian jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Uploaded files (CSV, PDF, ZIP) are processed immediately and automatically deleted from our servers after the audit report is generated. We don't keep a "shadow copy" of your records.
All data is encrypted via TLS 1.3 during upload. Temporary artifacts are encrypted at rest using AES-256 before being securely wiped.
FluxFrontier is a deterministic rules engine, not a generative AI platform. We strictly do not use your uploads to train any machine learning models.
We take security researchers seriously. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in FluxFrontier, please report it to us immediately.
